Larry Flynn is a member of Gottesman, Wolgel, Flynn, & Weinberg, P.C., and, for more than 40 years, has focused his practice on suretyship, guardianships, estates and insurance defense. Larry has extensive experience in representing sureties in contract, court bond and appeal bond matters. His general insurance defense practice includes labor law defense. Larry is on the New York OCA Part 36 list as qualified to serve as a guardian or counsel to a guardian and has frequently served as a property guardian, counsel to a guardian or counsel to the surety for a guardian. In his guardianship and estate practices, Larry is also involved in numerous corporate and real estate transactions.
Larry is admitted to practice in the State of New York, numerous federal courts in New York, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and U.S. Court of International Trade. Larry received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School and his undergraduate degree in Government and Law from Lafayette College. Larry is a longtime member of the Fidelity & Surety Committee of the American Bar Association’s Tort Insurance Practice Section, the Philadelphia Surety Claims Association, the Defense Research Institute and the Surety Claims Institute. Larry has been a contributor to the Defense Research Institute’s For the Defense Magazine.
